Overview

Spot It! is an anonymous multiplayer bingo game. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

• Display name: A nickname you choose when joining a game. This is not linked to any account.
• Game data: Your bingo grid, marked cells, and win results for the duration of a game session.
• Device locale: Used to display the app in your preferred language (English or French).

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No email addresses (except for admin access)
• No phone numbers
• No location data
• No contacts or photos
• No advertising identifiers
• No analytics or tracking

No User Accounts

Spot It! does not require any sign-up or login. Players join games anonymously with a display name of their choice. There are no user accounts, passwords, or personal profiles.

Data Storage

Game session data is stored temporarily on Supabase (our backend provider) and is automatically cleaned up. Your display name is stored locally on your device for convenience and is never sent to third parties.

Children's Privacy

Spot It! includes a family-friendly mode designed for young players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app can be used without providing any personal data.

Data Deletion

Since we don't collect personal data, there is nothing to delete. Game sessions expire automatically. To clear locally stored preferences, simply uninstall the app.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
